I had the Green King and as it was my first time at Ramen Nagi, I customized everything to pretty much "normal" with level 1 spiciness (no, it wasn't spicy at all) and opted for pork shoulder. You can add an ajitama at an additional $2. If it is your first time, going with the chef's recommendation would be your best bet.

The ramen didn't look very appealing with the layer of olive oil but oh, the noodles were soft and the ajitama was indeed good! Totally worth that $2! Additionally, unlike the conventional ramen, the flavors of Green King was light at the beginning and became richer with each mouth. I was very surprised when I finished the broth without feeling parched. Ramen Nagi definitely left a sweet aftertaste. If there's anything that can be improved, it is the number of chashu!
