The "spiciness" was really subtle and we were surprised to find that those chocolate-looking blocks at the bottom of the pie were actually lotus paste (cmiiw!) It's citrusy and refreshing, and to pair it with cold beverages on a hot sunny day was a bliss, though sadly as a non-coffee-fanatic, I found the espresso cubes were nothing to rave about. I wonder if such freezing process would actually alter the taste of coffee in general.
