Located at Boat Quay, Pilcrow is a progressive dessert bar known for their bold, plated desserts which are all created for the local palate and made in-house. What's more, each plate is paired with a serving of sorbet! Some of their irresistible desserts include Exotique ($16) which features a perfect combination of yuzu curd with coconut mousse, topped with fresh mangoes and paired with lime sorbet. Or you can go for the Tarte Au Chocolat ($16) that consists rich, luscious chocolate tart with a layer of salted caramel within, paired with lychee rose sorbet. Other desserts are the Kueh Sarlat ($16) and Strawberry & Cream Mille-Feuille ($18).
