Clockwise from top is their Signature Soya Sauce Chicken ($6.9) from their lunch menu; their take on the local Chicken Rice zeng with Pomegranate & Marinated Wood Ear Mushrooms. Next up is the Ang Ji Kao Stout Braised Beef Cheek ($17) that comes resting on a bed of ever so light Peanut Butter Mash accompanied by Nashi Pear to cut the richness; a very interesting take on the classic Guinness Beef Stew & lastly a reinvented Har Cheong ($13) where the Prawn Paste Chicken is presented as a Roulade (final 2 dishes available after 6pm as part of Dinner Menu yah)!
