Hokkien Mee

At stall 137 in Chinatown complex is a young man who's honing his skill in doing a good Hokkien Mee. The sauce and ingredients are good. The sambal chilli is spicy and goes well with the mee. Overall it's a tasty dish and has value for money. Yummy yummy yum yum. Posted by Ah Leong San 2016 September 5

Helmed by a 21 year old, you're in for a surprise when you dig into this plate of fried hokkien mee!

Hokkien Mee With Best Stock
[jelly星期六] A decent plate of Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee $5.00❣ Broth used was rich and prawns were fresh ❣I love my mee wet and garlicky so this version definitely my type ❣ Although the overall taste lacked "wok hei", noodles should be stewed longer in the stock, but I can see and taste the passion in this 21 year old young hawker 👍🏼 A little fine-tune would do the trick ❣I will be back for more.
