You didn’t really go to Japan if you didn’t try their soufflé pancakes, it’s so good! Fleur wasn’t too far from the Kyoto station (it’s a huge station!), assuming you got out from the correct exit (I don’t remember which anymore). Google is helpful in getting us there, so you can try the same. We managed to get seats almost immediately upon entering, but once seated and ordered, we were told that our pancakes would take approximately about 45 minutes to be ready. About an hour later, it arrived. It was so soft and fluffy and everything you’ve ever dreamed of in a pancake, and I almost didn’t want to eat the normal type anymore (more on this later). I would say it was worth the 45 minutes. We’d come back but we didn’t have enough time then. *makes mental note to revisit if ever in Kyoto again*
