These falafels were 👌🏼 and Chef @florian_ridder has nailed it in ensuring every single component comes together as one flawless composition. /I enjoyed numerous vegan dishes at cafes in Australia and it's wonderful that Singapore is catching onto that — slowly but surely. Hoping savour more tasty vegan creations this year and introduce them to my vegan friends 😋
