This chicken nanban was one of the best versions I have tasted. The chicken was fried till hot and crispy, and the huge chunks were extremely juicy. And the most important factor β the nanban sauce, truly hit the spot. It was a wee tangy, a good amount of creamy, and the generous bits of cucumber and onion in the sauce gave a delightful crunch. Loved how this simple dish combined the sauce and chicken to give such a brilliant flavour. I couldnβt get enough of this!
