Finally checked out @brine.singapore ✨💕 been hearing bout their truffle capellini and yes it lives up to the hype😭💖 it has a strong truffle fragrance upon arrival but subtle in taste 👅 but rich is the assorted mushroom textures and blends well with the creaminess✨ super love it 💗 their sharing appetisers looks bland but has depth in combinations and flavors used!✨ the duck rillettes is tender and potent -perfect with their sourdough 🍞 that tonnato dip is super addictive 💕 the parmesan onsen egg with potato espuma and truffle oil is really unique - almost like a dessertish appetizer ( fancy😛) 🐓the main is their salted confit chicken leg that just completes the meal warmly and really filling!🤤 that innovative combi of ginger lemongrass sticky rice with confit chicken leg 🍗 is just a salty-lover fav❤️ (abit too salty for me but truly thick in flavor) special shout-out to that final dessert: smoked hay semifreddo - it’s delicious 🤤! I love that Smokey ice cream flavor 😭💖 will go back just for that haha! Overrall it’s a unique casual fine dining experience 🥰 almost like a private home dining experience hehe🎉 highly recommended! 👅
