Other than the legendary cheesecake which was oozing with cheese, I really liked this pulpo dish with crispy pork belly on potato foam (which basically feels like very very smooth mash) with caramalised onions. Pulpo was well cooked and pork belly was not the super fatty type. Usually something like this could border on being salty but this really wasn’t, especially with everything mixed together.

The restaurant was very thoughtful and portioned it to two portions for my friend and I.
