It came with juicy and yummy sautéed mushrooms, fresh edamame, soft carrots and a runny onsen egg that made all the ingredients gel together for a healthy hearty bowl. The 12hr slow-cooked pork was tender and tasty, and the dish tasted a bit like a deconstructed pulled pork burger. It was a slightly odd mix with the fried wanton skin but all components were delicious
⚠️ It costs $2 to add on carbs of soba or rice / $3 for quinoa but for a small portion, I personally find it not worth the money. If there is a big enough group, it might be more worth getting a side of truffle or sweet potato fries ($12) to share instead.
