When I read “Herb Crusted” on the menu, I was expecting some scallops wrapped with crispy herb crust. Was slightly disappointed with how they looks. Can’t deny the scallops were cooked perfectly but the powdery “herb crust” doesn’t do wonder to it. Paired with mushy peas, segments of orange and beetroots . The entire dish was lacking of wow factor. RM42 per serving was slightly steep.
