Take this as an example: Stir fried hor fun with pork, shrimps and veggies. Who would've expect it's strong fragrance and flavor! Wok hei game strong. A bit oily, but hey! Pretty good for a neighborhood hawker zhi char. ❤

Ps. I might be biased cos i like my food brown, and this dish is the closest to kwetiaw goreng back in 🇮🇩. 😅
