** Totally surprised by the tendon here. Each pieces of tempura are crispy on the outside, yet still retains the original flavor of the ingredients on the inside, and best of all, not too oily. Compared to Akimitsu, this is a clear winner for me. I’d say though that I wish I had ordered the vegetable tendon instead as the veggie tempura in the bowl are all above my expectation. Will be back!
