The maki in focus is the Shiok Maki Generation 2 (with fried tempura prawn) while the one behind is the Shiok Maki Generation 1 (with grilled unagi). Both are priced at $16.80++ for 8 pieces of maki.

These maki are topped with a thick cut of aburi salmon and crunchy tobiko (flying fish roe), and are drenched in an excessive amount of their secret housemade sauce, which tastes like a rich and cheesy blend of mentaiko and mayonnaise. The sauce is undoubtedly the component that makes this maki so amazingly delectable, as it is extremely creamy and addictive! 🤤 This is hands down one of my favourite places to dine at whenever I need to satisfy my maki cravings ✨😌
