Hidden in basement of Junction 8. This place is nicely renovated internally with extra details which make it look like those food inn in Chinese Kungfu movies. Fast in service too.
Here shown is the roasted duck with Chinese herb, the meat is savoury and tender, well received by each of us.
Deep fried cod fish in soy sauce is surprisingly addictive, each bite is so aromatic with the fish oil blended with soy sauce.
The stirred fried green broccoli with very fresh scallops, sliced young ginger and carrots.
Served in the clay pot is chicken in Chinese wine, chicken meat is tender and skin is springy.
The stir fried sliced lotus root with crunchy macadamia nuts, accompanied with generous amount of green peas, water chestnuts and sliced carrots is quite interesting combination.
