They have a very different version than the dominant herbal or pepper versions. This is a clear broth without any particular spice coming thru, very very savoury (also from minced pork but largely from unknown sources)

It comes w mushrooms and pork liver normally.

Pork liver was overcooked, stomachs wasn't good either

spare ribs were decent, pork belly was alright but the portion was super generous so you can't rlly get mad.

The tendon was so damn interesting. When do you ever get slivers of pork tendon? It has a nice bite

Overall a very good version, not all the parts are cooked well but with the overall super generous portions there's nothing much to complain

Worth a try at any of the branches. There's a good chance they're one of the best of this style
