Shoestring fries with a pool of squid ink sauce with mentaiko and an onsen egg. Mix in the egg and mentaiko in the middle and use it as a dipping sauce. The fries were pretty good, almost as good as a certain fast food establishment and the dipping sauce quite addictive. The thick sauce however made the fries soggy quite quickly so make sure you gobble these up quick. I really liked the sea bass chunks but they seemed abit out of place.
