This fish and chips from Ye Lai Xiang can really put some western restaurants to shame..
Their breadcrumbs is crispy and well season throughout and underneath the layer of crunch lies a silky flesh that almost dissolve right into your mouth! Not only you have that, there's a whole arsenal of sides like fries, bake beans, vinegary coleslaw , corn, and YES!! An old classic.. The soft bun with butter! I always prefer that instead of the hard garlic 'brick' that other places give! 😛
