Hands down one of the best grilled cheeses we’ve had! (Though he wishes that a sharper cheese was used but she thinks that’ll detract from the savouriness of the short rib). The bread was toasted almost perfectly, with the ends slightly burnt, but magnificently crispy. While the short rib could have a bit more flavour, its texture added another dimension to the Grilled Cheese. A tomato soup was also served on the side, and while not common in Singapore, it paired really nicely together. The soup had great depth to it, and packed a punch, and really kept us going back for more.
