These fries were made for me! Char Siew is one of my favourite flavours and I never imagined it to be interpreted as a topping for fries in the form of a char siew ragout, with an added boost from jalapeño salsa. This was shiok! Only downside was that there wasn't quite enough. #burppleXchope
