First time I brought my friends there and they were really impressed with their food and service. My friend’s favorite was their award-winning black pepper crab but my mine was always their signature dish, Chilli crab. Other notable dishes would be the homemade prawn roll, fried chicken with honey sauce and ice jelly honey lime. Coupled with the majestic decoration and nice ambience, it sums up my dining experience at HOS.
