We got attracted to the glistening duck skin (just look at that!) and caved in for a pack. Apparently, it takes 6 hours of prep and slow cooking, and that definitely showed through in the results! Tender with a good bite, the meat and skin were thoroughly marinated and we loved the sweetness and herbal flavours. Very worth the money and a much better option compared to a braised snack stall (just opposite I think, 東山沈鴨頭) selling mainly ducks.
