Delight in the delicious poached chicken @sinnjithomsonroad Derwin who is the young aspiring chef of Sinn Ji Chicken Rice came out with an innovative concept of having a simple tube inserted into the chicken which helps to ensure that the hot water which flows in is able to cook the chicken evenly throughout.

The result is truly impressive, moist and tender poached chicken with smooth, delicate skin.
Have it with the fragrant chicken rice and dip the meat in the tangy chilli sauce and ginger paste for more flavour.
The side dishes that I would highly recommend here will be the Hainanese Chicken Cutlet and the 5 Spice Chicken Roll which are really crispy and immensely addictive with every bite.
The Thai-Style Tofu is another dish to be considered if you prefer something appetising.
