In need of something warm and sweet in the chilly weather - this Red Bean Pancake was simply out of this world (especially coming from someone who doesn't like red bean).

The best place to stick these pot-stickers is in your mouth!

From their original shophouse at Neil Road to outlet at Bugis Village and restaurant at Palais Renaissance, I have been a loyal supporter of Jing Hua Xiao Chi ever since I was introduced to it 3 years ago.

A few layers of pleasantly light, grease-free pastry of differing texture and flakiness is what gives this Chinese Pizza such distinctiveness.
