Vintry is a place synonymous with iberico pork dishes and fine wine. Heard quite a lot about their delicious pork dishes, exceptional cheeses and fine wine to pair with them. The ambience of this place is quite reminiscent to a sport bar with a huge LED tv at the front for the smoking area and also a quiet zone for the non smokers. The menu has been updated according to a friend and it offers a variety of food, from starters to pizza and desserts. We decided to go for a cheese platter for our dessert, and was told to choose 3 cheeses. With it comes the condiments of walnut, dark raisins, green apples and crackers. The Cheese Platter (RM65) comes in a generous portion, suitable to be shared. Go with either port or red wines like their Pinot Noir or Burgundy Chardonnay by the glass, or opt for a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon or New Zealand Pinot Noir from their well-stocked shelfs. This place is an excellent gathering place for after work parties but do note that they have a strong odour of cigarettes and the music is on the noisy side.
