A few layers of pleasantly light, grease-free pastry of differing texture and flakiness is what gives this Chinese Pizza such distinctiveness. The juicy filling of minced pork and chives is very tasty too. I can understand why Burpple Tastemaker Julius Lim could not stop singing its praises.
