This is steamboat, but atypical because of the

1) Pumpkin Soup Base
2) Ingredients such as beancurd with a juicy meat filling in the centre and meatballs that has another inner meat filling
3) Servers who dump the ingredients for you in the order it should cook after you finish each ‘phase’.
