The batter was fragrant, but not overly so (which is a good thing), and there is a subtle spicy kick in the aftertaste that makes it all the more delicious. Rated only 3.5 stars because the batter whilst fragrant was fried a little too much; it was a little too crispy, almost borderlining a cracker.
