For the combo, we opted to top up for lobster roll and it was a great choice - toasted brioche that was buttery, slightly crisp and fluffy; and pretty generous with the lobster filling and I liked that it wasn’t overdone with mayo.

Had the best of both worlds with half steamed/ grilled whole lobster (portion was rather small) To taste the true freshness and sweetness, go for the steamed on but I personally liked the grilled half! Its smoky flavour and sweetness locked in fresh, succulent lobster flesh. The accompanying lemon garlic butter sauce was incredibly fragrant with a little tanginess to cut through the richness.
