Lightly seasoned tuna belly chunks on rice seasoned with furikake, tobiko, and truffle oil. Other ingredients were japanese pickles, wakame (seaweed), and chuka kurage (seasoned jellyfish). The rice was so tasty, we finished every grain of it. All bowls served at this joint come with their truffle rice aside from the curry bowl. Price-wise, this was the highest-priced item on the menu and most bowls ranged from $9 to $15. The outlet has a small bar and some tables and chairs along the corridor for dine-in. 10/10 would return!
