A Scarlet Red snowskin filled with Red Balloon Tea infused Nashi Pearl Mousseline, in which embedded a White Chocolate Heart with Blueberry Marmalade topped with edible Gold Leaf.
A little outlandish but it tasted really good, free for sampling at TWG booth.
