A classic Hong Kong dish. Clay pot rice w lup cheong & chicken. We ordered a clay pot rice w pork slices as well. And cleared a plate of oyster duck omelette before any of it came. Lup cheong here is more on the salty side and has a strong Chinese wine taste. (Very different from what I deal w) and you are free to add as much soy sauce as you want to your rice. Hot rice w crunchy burnt rice is always a plus point for the chilly weather!
