Nasi Goreng and Thai Fried Chicken with Tamarind Sauce

One of my fave Indonesian dishes is their famous Nasi Goreng, which literally translates to "fried rice". This Thai fried chicken goes well with it too and the tamarind sauce just makes all the difference!
