#breakfastideas: Baked Egg and Cheese Toast๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿณ 1. Lay out two pieces of white/wholemeal bread on a baking pan lined with an aluminum sheet. Cut out any shape on one of the slices using a knife or cookie-cutter(cookie-cutter is way neater). Spread butter on the other piece. 2. On the buttered piece, lay out cheese on the edges as shown. 3. Cover up with the other slice of bread. 4. Crack a small/medium egg into the hole. Top it off with a little butter, ground sea salt and black pepper. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 12-13 minutes(which will give you a nice slightly runny yolk and white), or until egg is set to your liking.
