Xiao Long Bao ($6/10 pieces) Pan Fried dumplings ($4.50) ⭐️ 4/5 ⭐️ 🍴Really delicious, affordable and well-made #xiaolongbaos that had quite a substantial amount of filling and savory soup in a smooth thin skin.

Although a bit on the sweet side, it pairs nicely with the tangy vinegar. The fried dumplings (guotie) were also nicely crisp on the outside without being overly oily or greasy, and filled with a juicy mix of minced pork & chives.
