Akamaru Shinaji Special ($22) -Creamy tonkatsu broth decently enhanced with miso paste and fragrant oil. Mix everything to get a depth and rich flavour but not overly robust. Dish came with 4pcs pork belly chasiuπ,3pcs Nori, thin noodle, black fungus, 1/2eggπ₯ and spring onionπ. Medium noodles were decently bouncy.

Chicken π€π€Shoyu Special ($22) - Store Exclusive. Dish came with 4 slices of Chashuπ, 3pcs Nori, Bamboo Shoot, Spinach, Japanese Leek, 1 Fish cake π₯and 1/2 eggπ₯. Springy and chewy thicker noodle in homemade chicken broth sprinkled with Yuzu slices. Broth is mild chicken flavour and gets rather monotonous. In fact, lacks depth which makes it like "atas" instant ramen.

Their eggs π₯π₯were pretty good which were well marinated within the gooey running yolk. I wish they gave me the whole egg.ππThe chasiu were tender and juicyππ.
