Yep, it really does look that red. Don't get me wrong it's juicy, moist, melt-in-your-mouth and just everything good; but for someone like me who prefers her beef medium and her lamb medium-well, this is a tad too raw for me. If you can get past the colour though, you'd prolly love this cause everything's executed perfectly and the flavours are just dayum.
