Toa Payoh Lor 4 hawker centre: Stall #01-38. Not too shabby. The carrot cake is thickly cut and holds well. I really hate mushy carrot cake. There are bits of cai po here as well to up the flavour and I like how the black soy sauce don't overpower. Apparently the stall has been featured in a lesser known good hawker newspaper article. Priced at $2.50/$3.
