Look at this beautiful dessert platter consisting of: Apom Bokwa Pisang Pengat (pancakes in banana sauce), Pulot Enti Kelapa (glutinous blue pea rice with coconut), Kueh Binga (tapioca cake), Kueh Kosui (gula melaka pudding-cake) and my favourite Durian Pengat (creamy durian puree)!

Available as part of the Vegan Tok Panjang set (S$48++/68++). To prepare this vegan set, the chefs also had to tweak the traditional recipes (e.g. vegans cannot take butter). Hard work indeed! .
