Steamed Kaya Toast + Kopi O Kosong; Coffee black without sugar ($2.60)
- Very fluffy steamed bread
- Good layer of kaya which was subtly sweet and fragrant
- Slice of butter was far too thin and did not provide that creamy mouthfeel
- Coffee was fragrant
Overall: 6 5/10

Additional Notes: While the bread was truly surprisingly fluffy, apart from it, felt that the kaya bread was only average and not worth travelling to the shop for it. Even if you do live in the area, think that there are a lot of other good food stalls nearby at ABC Brickworks Food Centre and Alexandra Food Centre.
