Burger 🍔 and beer 🍺 pairings with free flow of fries available only on Sundays at Timbre at Gillman. A variety of in-house burger creations from Jucy Lucy (as shown in picture) to Caesar Burger and a range of craft beers and ciders for you to choose from.
The Jucy Lucy is my favourite. It was paired with Brewdog Brixton Porter. The burger comes with a huge chunk of beef 🐮 patty stuffed with cheese that oozed out immediately as I cut into it. Topped with crispy bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, fried egg, caramelised onions, truffle oil and aioli. This is not to be missed.
