Had an excellent dinning experience at One Prawn & Co where it offers a local comfort food with innovation and sophistication. The courses of the menu includes the light, refined hamachi tartare and smoky prawn toast, followed by boldly flavored yet balanced dishes like the spicy octopus and scorched hor fun. The Typhoon Shelter fresh prawns were juicy, fresh and well- complemented by fragrant elderflower and burnt leek oil. A refreshing lemongrass ice kachang and sourdough with white chocolate ice cream provided the perfect close to a standout meal.
