Marinated & roasted to perfection, the fatty/ end parts of the char siew were the yummiest. Springy noodles were coated with pork oil, so fragrant it can be eaten on its own. The mini bowl of soup served alongside was so so sweet we had to get refills. One of the better places in SG to get your roast delight fix. 🍖
