Award for the best French toast I’ve had this year (not that I’ve had many) goes to Five Oars Coffee Roasters, for this stellar Creme Brûlée French Toast.

Passes the crack test + moist and butter thick brioche slices + medley of roasted nuts + mixed berries and passionfruit + creamy af pistachio ice cream — this is an absolute mouthful, but trust me it’s THE BOMB. Or you know what don’t trust me, give it a go yourself and then thank me after.
