Love it on first bite as the aroma of salted egg hit the right spot on my palate, not too strong, a little spicy and fragrant with basil leaves. However as I get through to approximately half of the pasta, the sauce starts getting clumpy and dry, thus making the pasta a tad bit too dry for my taste. Chicken is nicely cooked and infused with salted egg taste, but would have been even better if it was nicely fried and come with a bit of crunch.
