Never had I ever sunk my teeth into a piece of meat that was so well flavoured with Chinese spices. The best part of the meat was definitely the skin, which was roasted to crispy perfection. The fats added a nice splash of juice which kept the meat moist and tender. Definitely the only place I’d come for roast goose when I’m in Hong Kong. Eternally grateful for @whimsyyu for bringing us here every time we visit! Don’t forget to try their char siew, which is also extremely delicious. Sadly, I heard that the Taipo outlet has closed down. I adored the taipo outlet as it was full of heartland vibes and they even had a pet cat chilling beside the fish tank. However, you can still head down to their store on Stanley street for some delectable roast meats! 🍖
