N-squared food is good but I have never met a more terrible representative of an F&B business the the guy who was serving my group at N-squared. This is a true story. We were trying to redeem two 1-1 deals through an app and we did so successfully for one deal, but were having problems redeeming the other deal. The guy taking our order began to sarcastically tell us that we should have all our things in order before even queueing up (which is true). We then left the queue to let others order so we can sort it out and he repeated for a second time even after we left the queue that we should have our things in order before ordering because we're "making his customers walk away". We just ignored it and continued to try and deal with the app (still away from the queue) and he then he said it a THIRD time that we shouldn't be chasing away his customers by taking so long to order. We then proceeded to leave and as we were trailing off he rambled off expletives and saying that we cost him customers... again.

If I'm not wrong, this guy is one of the business owners (not just service staff) so it's really shocking to see a small business owner treat his own personal brand like this.
