Braised Lamb Shanks

Yes. Braised. Lamb. Shanks. Plural. Two fork-tender fall-off-the-bone lamb shanks with rosemary flavors (and other yummy stuff) and sauce with veggies.. Nevermind the veggies, its a Lamb Shank! Shake that shank! This is sooo good!

My friend and I had lunch at the Elephant Bar in Serramonte Mall at Daly City. "Something Different" is my motto (Not YOLO as some might assume, lol). This was something delicious and comforting as i don't always eat lamb🐏(can u say Baaa?) and I think lamb is a nice vacation from beef 🐮chicken 🐔and pork🐖 (no offense you three i still ❤ u). Grab a bite now! Baaaa!
