This dish is unapologetically, relentlessly, tongue-scorchingly spicy, even to a certified chili-freak like myself. It consist of bite sized chicken pieces stir fried with chilli flakes, dried chillies, Sichuan peppercorn and peanuts. The chilies not only add color but heat to the dish while the peppercorn produces a tingly and numbing sensation in your mouth. Very spicy and intestine-burning but also very shiok!
